Condominium Loan
A financial assistance offered to eligible borrowers in acquiring subdivisions or condominiums to a registered developer or individual sellers with affordable monthly amortization providing opportunity to own a property instead of renting.
Term: Flexible Term Max 10 years
Loan Amount: Amount finance must not be more than the net of required equity of 15% of the Acquisition Cost or
Max of 85% of the Acquisition Cost.
Mode of Payment: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, & Annually (Depends on the source of income of the client)

Subdivision properties subject to acquisition
Qualified Borrowers:
For EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS
1. Ages 23 to 59 years old. Applicant with the age of 59 years old and above may also apply but on case-to-case basis.
2. Has been gainfully employed for at least 3 consecutive years and with permanent employment status.
3. Has the financial capacity to pay the loan.
4. If applicant is married, spouse will also act as co-borrower.
For SELF EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS
1. The applicant’s business must be profitable for 3 consecutive years.
2. Has the financial capacity to pay the loan.
3. If applicant is married, spouse will also act as co-borrower.
Qualification Requirements:
1. 2x2 or 1x1 ID Picture
2. Valid Photo Bearing ID
3. Latest Residential Proof of Billing
4. Contract to sell (if acquired from an accredited developer)
5. Payroll or Pay slip (3 months) / Any Proof of Income / Certificate of Remuneration / Bank Statement / ITR
6. Co-maker Statement (If necessary)

Proof of Income of co-maker w/ attachments

1. Latest Certificate of Employment
2. Latest Income Tax Return or BIR Form 2316 or 2306 or latest 3 months pay slip
If applicant is in business or in professional practice
1. Latest BIR Form 1701 with BIR stamp
2. Latest Audited Financial Statement with BIR stamp
3. Latest Business Permit
For Overseas Filipino Workers
1. Consularized Certificate of Employment
2. Job Contract
3. Latest 3 months pay slip or payroll or any proof of remittance for the past 3-6 months
