Loan Amount:  Depending on the agreed MOA Between the Bank and Barangay Council.

Mode of Payment: Monthly

Requirements:

• 1 valid photo bearing ID

• 2x2 or 1x1 ID Picture (4pcs)

• Certificate of Canvass/ Oath of office/ Appointment (for Barangay Secretary & Barangay Treasurer/ Certificate from DILG (for Barangay Captain)

• 2 Co-makers (1-Barangay Captain, & 1-any member of the council with their respective valid ID's)

• Payroll as Barangay Official (3 months)/ Certification from LOCAL DILG STATING THE SET MONTHLY HONORARIUM/ 1 month of previous month payroll as basis with certification from the Barangay Captain as proof of its monthly honorarium to be receipt.

BANK'S ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Agreement Payroll Deduction

• MOA wuth the BRGY. Council (Signed by BRGY. Captain, Treasurer, 1st Councilor & Branch Manager with AVP)

• CBIC Insurance 

• For Treasurer and Secretary Brgy. Resolution Allowing the following official to be granted with a Salary Loan.
